Meditation

Meditation is a spiritual purification technique practiced in many cultures and religions.

The state of consciousness awakening is called differently according to each belief.

These; it can be defined as emptiness, awareness, being alone, being here and now, freedom in thought.

Breath

Breath is the bridge between our body and mind. When we deepen and slow our breathing, healthy energy flow begins in the brain and body. In our daily life, correct and natural breaths should be taken in and out through the nose (the air is heated and filtered in the nose and goes to the lungs), regular, uninterrupted, slow and deep.

'Hatha Yoga'. If we look at the meaning of the word; 'Hatha' means strong, tough. It is also used to mean 'Ha', Sun, 'Tha', Moon. Features of the sun; masculine and earthy. Pilates

It is an exercise system developed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve the general health of the body. Exercises are done on the mat or with specially designed equipment. The Pilates system includes exercises suitable for different activities to exercise every part of the body.
