It is recommended to do yoga on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal. It is also recommended to consume 2-3 liters of water during the day, as yoga helps cleanse the toxins removed from the body during your sleep.
You may experience muscle pain in the first days when you start doing yoga movements. However, if the pain persists, inform your instructor.
